Went to Yach's with Louise for a girls night in. We invented this dessert! Strawberries, cream and Maltesers!! Yum!

A new iPhone software update today! It's like getting a new phone, with lots of new features! This one is a good one...panoramic photos!

I keep reading about the new iPhone 5 which is released on Friday! Looks good! I'm going to have to wait until next year for my upgrade to get one. Boo!

Today is Laura's last day at work so we all went out in Crawley.

Today is the goodbye show on Radio 1 for the Chris Moyles Team. Am quite sad as they have entertained me the last 8 years every morning! Have laughed and cried with them.

Went for a run along Hove seafront. This is Yach and Louise! We ran 5k. Not too bad for a first go!

Went to Halfords for Chris to try on cycling helmets! This was the winner!

Watched the new series of Dallas tonight. Was better than expected!

Today is Yach's birthday so the Chris and Lou's went and surprised her with cake, champagne, presents and balloon!

Bit of a lazy day today. I watched the formula 1 race. I tend to only watch the beginning few laps! There was a big crash at the beginning, luckily everyone ok.

A Kenya reunion round at Chris and Lou's! We had Thai, watched a slide show of all the photos, had some drinks and went into the hot tub.
